About the methodology

The GRAPE recipe is a pragmatic, step-by-step methodology for digitizing your organization’s internal processes.

After 10 years of struggle and triumph helping non-profits change, Colin and Fabio developed this approach based on real-life case studies.

We combine academic insights and practical techniques into a single, integrated approach to boosting process effectiveness.

GRAPE draws on the best work ideas from lean, agile, and human-centered design, and combines them into a straightforward recipe.
