Colin MacArthur is the former Director of Digital Practice at the Canadian Digital Service. He is currently a professional practice professor at Bocconi University in Milan.
He has led digital projects in government agencies, non-profits and start-ups in the United States and Canada. He has worked with the White House, N.A.S.A., and the U.S. National Park Service, and many other organizations on technology projects. His work has been featured in The Atlantic, CBC, NextGov and Fast Company.
Colin holds a Masters in Information Management and Systems from the University of California, Berkeley.
